6 tips to keep your skin looking fresh during & Post lockdown

We are all home A LOT. So spend the time looking after your skin and well-being.

Your skin is made up of cells that need water to function well. The connection to drinking water and having healthy skin is still ongoing, concluded there’s a strong link between drinking more water and having healthier skin.

Aim for at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day.

3. Improve your diet 

Put your food under a microscope. Check what you eat and how it effects your skin. Look for more natural ingredients and although it is no longer Veganuaury still try and look for meat alternatives, as this will also benefit your body including your skin. 


4.Face roll!

5. Yoga it out

Wether that be lips or body scrub! Relieve your skin of dead skin to make way for new skin.
