JLO is an icon, this much is true, so it’s only natural the Latino beauty has her own beauty line.
Even though I feel like I’ve seen her do this before, it’s actually her perfumes that Im thinking of with the JLO fierce body shape, perfume bottle which she launched in the early 2000’s.
How nostalgic does this curvy bottle make you feel?!
Fast forward, 21 year’s later and she launches a decadent beauty skincare range. Having a nose through the site it’s all very....gold! JLO has not aged and looks flawless in the videos she shares on the site. She talks about her love of face masks and all things beauty. The videas are very personal and seem unscripted.
Instead of releasing a makeup range – which would have made JLO Beauty a contender with Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty – Jennifer Lopez’s JLO Beauty products are all ‘glow-inducing skincare’ items.
In an Instagram post at the start of December, the brand wrote: “Skincare is a lifelong journey. Get ready to start your journey with #JLOBEAUTY! After years of passion and 100’s of trials later, we are so excited to finally reveal the products. Who’s ready to get THAT glow!”
There are eight JLO Beauty products in total. These include:
- That JLO Glow Multitasking Serum: $79 for 1oz or $118 (£51/£86)
- That Limitless Glow Multitasking Mask: $48 (£35)
- That Big Screen Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Moisturiser: $48 (£35)
- That Blockbuster Wonder Cream: $58(£41)
- That Hit Single Gel-Creme Cleanser: $38 (27.76)

Only the That Hit Single Gel-Creme Cleanser ($38) (£27.76), That JLO Glow Multitasking Serum (From $79)(£57), and the That Limitless Glow Multitasking Mask ($48) (£35.06) are on sale via Amazon.
The That Hit Single Cleanser is said to “remove all your makeup in one go without leaving your skin feeling stripped due to a nourishing lipid-rich formulation,” and has been designed to suit all skin types thanks to its gel-creme formula.
It contains extracts of rice bran, coconut fruit, and Japanese knotweed root that help boost antioxidant protection, while Glycolipid removes excess oil and makeup.
It’s free from parabens, sulfates SLS + SLES, phthalates, and dyes. Plus its all cruelty free.
At $48 -$118(at around £35) I was truly expecting a lump of gold in the packet but... well! The packaging is delightful and it looks very ‘high end.’ JLO has a plethora of fans so I am sure these pricey products will go fast. Try it - you’ll be out of pocket but you’ll look GREAT!
Amazon seems to be the largest reseller of these products but of course you can go directly to jlobeauty.com
